Started online with some questions and resume, was then called in for an interview two days later. The interview was very easy going and relaxed. My manager was an awesome guy looking for people who wanted to cook and or serve at his new restaurant and just wanted people who were not shy and could work just fine in a team. The process was fast and made sense. Very similar to other interviews I have done before.

I applied online and got a call for an interview the next day. It was a really quick, simple, and casual interview. I was just asked a few basic questions about myself and my job history and experience.

i had to go on line and fill out application. take assessment test. then go in for a massive hire interview. interview was very relaxed and simple. asked a few questions about experience, goals and how i would handle certain situations

The GM at the time sat down with me and a couple friends, and asked about our former job, and asked how well we'd work as a team, whether in the front or back. We were all asked to come back for orientation, and I got the job.
