Firstly, they will ask you for a brief introduction and conduct an informal interview. Then they will give you a test , a topic and have to write about that in certain word limits.

Got a call and had to appear for the interview .
So the process was to write a short essay based on the content provided by them and after that had a formal chat with the manager.
