The process was long and took several weeks - Recruiting call in early February, a 45-min initial interview a week later, 4 hours of "loop interviews" two weeks later, a final 45-min interview two weeks following, along with a 45-min final presentation of a full-fledged strategy with multiple team members (they request that you take no more than 4 hours to complete it, but the prompts make that nearly impossible). They'll then tell you you'll have a final answer by Friday, only to ghost you until they send their rejection. Extremely disappointing and admittedly, embarrassingly unprofessional. Feel strongly that they are using applicants for their (free) work -- don't want anyone else putting in this amount of effort for this kind of outcome!
