Phone screen with Recruiter. I walked her through my background and experience. She said I was a great fit and would be moving to the next step. After receiving no response I followed up by phone and email still with no response. Turns out I was ghosted without even receiving an automated rejection email. Too bad Smartsheet allows it Recruiters to treat candidates this way. It’s not a good look for them.

Unfortunately, the interview process was not standardised and each of the different people had different objectives and ideas for the role, many times contradictory between themselves. All in all it was not very clear what the company wanted to achieve.

The interview process was very smooth.It went like introduce yourself and experience you bring into the team.So I went on explaining all the experience that I hold in detail.He was getting good hold of the situation.

First interview with line manager, second with EMEA sales manager, third with colleague. Unfortunately the colleague was more worried about me being a thread than my capacity to do my job right
