It was a terrible experience: after going through an excessive number of steps—passing every one of them—I was told I’d receive an offer within a week. Instead, they dragged things out for more than a month and then simply vanished
Fairly standard interview process. The steps:
1. Chat with HR: Q&A about the role and quick english language test
2. Tech inteview with an engineering manager: live coding and some questions about techs used by the company
3. Final interview with the CTO: live coding and culture fit discussion
4. Reference check

Colloquio con HR dove sono state poste alcune domande generiche e altre più tecniche, ma abbastanza semplici per la posizione lavorativa richiesta. Ho apprezzato la precisione e l'organizzazione di questo colloquio, durato circa 45 minuti, però purtroppo l'esperienza è da considerare negativa. Infatti, nonostante mi avessero assicurato di ricevere un feedback e avessi personalmente inviato una mail per conoscere l'esito, non ho ancora ottenuto alcuna risposta. Poco professionali e mancanza di rispetto verso i candidati.
