Talent Acquisition Partner sifts through submitted applications and has a quick chat with you. If successful, you get invited for a 20-30 minute chat with the hiring manager (Principal DevOps Engineer) to filter down the applications some more. The final stage of the interview is a two hour demonstration of your skills.
