Basic interview, no curve balls unless you consider lots of pie in the sky promises, none of which came true. First interview was over the phone, second in person and third over the phone. At first glance, the management appears to be competent and well intentioned but I should have looked at their financials before taking the job. I'm not a financial guy. Under the thin veneer, the management is passive aggressive, like most Canadians and rather deceitful, partly by calculation, partly by sheer incompetence.
