Overall the interview process was quite smooth and efficient , first we had assessment round which had question based on excel , business situations , and observation skills. They focused on resume and asked questions about smartwinnr and companies role

first we have screening round then assesment round conducted through teams then 2 interviews one is virtual and other rounds are in person interviewer is good having nice environments but there are no fixed timings
