The interview process was clear and straightforward. I had two rounds - one with a department manager (45 minutes) and one with a team manager (30 minutes). We spoke about my background and interest in the company/role, I was asked a few technical and situational questions and was given the opportunity to ask them questions as well. Both people I spoke with were engaging and the interviews felt more conversational than like an interrogation.

Friendly and interested in what I had to say. Listened to my answers and asked good follow-up questions. I was able to talk through my background and laugh/joke with the interviewer because we were both relaxed. We even went over time!

She asked about my general experience and then asked for more specific details about SEO and project manager experience. She quizzed some technical SEO questions and asked about long-term goals within the company.
