Entretien
The interview process included a phone interview with the practice director and a face to face interview with a manager. The phone interview consisted of questions regarding consulting philosophy and general application. The face to face interview was more of a formality. I was impressed with the phone interviewer, he expressed a genuine concern for his clients.
