The overall process was easy and quick. I had some very good conversations with HR and a Director. I was told to expect an offer and we even discussed starting pay, bonus, potential start dates, etc. I had one more interview that was labeled a “formality” with co-workers. They asked several questions, most of which were pretty simple to answer. When I asked them to clarify a question I was told to “figure it out.” No big deal, I answered in the best way possible for what I thought they were asking. The one thing that really bothered me was they kept pressuring me to violate my NDA with my current employer. I offered to detail experiences from other jobs instead. They got irritated and I was told the next day I wouldn’t receive an offer.
