Well I went on with the interview process despite all the negative review since it was referral through a former co-worker who had worked with the CRO. Same thing, two phone interview and then on-site for 4 more. Thought it went well but they never got back me with any response and emailed the the HR person twice with no reply. I had hope they had seen prior reviews and would fix their process. Totally unprofessional and waste of time! Be warned!
