Phone interview than face to face! Let me just say I been in tech start up interviews and usually the office is very lively this one was dull. The two men who interviewed me did not seem interested they kept looking at there watches and was late to interview. Needless to say I'm glad they declined me because it seems like the SDR role was filled with mostly males and seems like they would keep it that way. Oh yeah there was an iQ test which to me is pointless an SDR role to me is more about personality and I would want to hire someone who was personable with customers. By reading the reviews people where totally spot on. I see why this company is rated on Glassdoor with a 2.9. If they weren't interested I wish they didn't waste my time to get my hopes up. Note to self be more engaging with people who took there time out of there day to interview with you.
