Some questions about the pharma research and development and clinical trials.
Friendly and generally encouraging panel. Not too critical or probing. He gave me some gentle prodding, and I think I understood immediately where he was going. I answered the question fairly well, I though.
And that was it–just a single question. I was surprised. The entire thing lasted less than 30 minutes. I was almost disappointed, and thought–”well, that’s that–I won’t hear back.” I really wasn’t expecting any follow-up.

They want analyst mentality for manager and ask questions meant for analyst and below. Almost peers will be interviewing you who do not have experience of asking the right questions from experienced people

Define pharmacokinetics is the question they ask a manager
For manager position they were asking questions which they normally would ask junior analysts. Also the interviewer is of almost the same experience as me. Role and questions asked dud not match
It was exciting and was very interesting. I learnt a lot through this process. I got the interview and then they asked me basic personlity questions. Then in next round question related to bsic consulting and in next round questions related to company and its policies. Then they asked me to join their compny as an associate.
