Thorough three round interview process. Initial: Single interviewer assessment, Meet and greet/candidate background discussion, discussion of responsibilities and the job role, travel, schedule. Second: Demonstration of Technical skill, interview with wider engineering, team demonstrating knowledge of SCADA systems, PFC/FACTs technology testing, knowledge and understanding of substation safety and protocol. Third: Further demonstration of technical competency, E2E testing and discussion of start dates, equipment kits, planning skills.
