The first 2 rounds of interviews went quite well. Then it came to "finding solutions" and presenting them to a wider team. I had the feeling the ideas are collected this way, but then comes of course a rejection. This I've seen a lot with start-ups or smaller companies. If this is ethical, good question. Otherwise the people are friendly and open.
