The interview was pretty quick and informal, with the team asking about working in an outdoor environment, being around loud tools, working in different types of weather, etc. Everyone was pretty personable and relaxed throughout it.

The majority of the interview was the team getting to know me, asking if I can work in a team, adapt to a new environment and communicate well. (Everyone was very easy to talk to and it was fairly informal/calm.) We then talked about my artistic interests (as this interview was for an apprenticeship in the Metal Arts program) and how they would be conducive to making metal sculpture. Afterward, they tested my ability to drill wooden planks together.
