I applied and couple days later they called me to take an english test, duration 1hour. It went great, then i got a phone call so called phone interview. That went great, another phone interview and than they scheduled online interview with some guy from New York. It felt like he wasn't present during the interview, asking me questions about other positions, he didn't even knew what position he was interviewing me. The whole process was losing my precious time, and very unorganized.
