Rather informal and neutral talk with HR about a Google Cloud Tool. I implemented this Google Cloud Tool for my current employer 4 years ago and lead teams about this topic. I was one of the first ones to implement this tool in Germany in a cooperation with Google itself as a pilot project and have overall 9 years of working experience in the Machine Learning domain. In the end I received an e-mail that I was rejected because of too little working experience. While I agree that there was no fit the justification does not seem to be reasonable. I assume that I was too expensive.
