Very odd phone screening from recruiter; felt like she was fishing for information about my current employer. She did not want to ask much about my experience. Per the recruiter, they have had no openings in the Marketing/Sales practice group, or the Finance practice group. So why is she calling me?
Per the recruiter, the company requires that employees work on site in downtown Seattle; there seemed to be no flexibility or trust for telecommuting, which seems odd in 2016. The company does not offer sandbox for learning and practicing technologies that clients want to implement, nor does it sponsor regular educational gatherings to share knowledge. It may have been that this recruiter simply didn't know.
Not too difficult. All questions were what you would expect. A few rounds with the hiring manager, and others from the team / umbrella which included a case study. The prompt was given with a few different options and fairly simple to deliver.

Four separate 30 minute interviews. Each with a different individual. Each interview was supposed to be focused on one thing like culture or technical skills, but in reality the interviewers did what they wanted.

Very friendly, multiple screeners with people in the local office (over zoom). They'll ask about any consulting experience, but mostly want to get to know you as a person. Just be yourself.
