Process was good to begin with. HR recruiter had a nice conversation and connected me to the hiring manager. Hiring manager and I had a good conversation and though it was not a direct fit, he thought I would fit another role. It went downhill from there. Recruiter connects me to another recruiter at Slalom who cancelled on me twice and turns out she left the company. I email the original recruiter back and turns out she has also evicted the company. And then randomly a few days later I receive an auto rejection letter. Overall, not a good experience as it felt a revolving door and very disjointed recruiting team. The interview with the hiring manager was also a bit transactional overall.
