Entretien
The process took about 10-12 weeks from the first screening call to the verbal offer. I did not do a case interview but some people I know did. Pretty standard interview questions such as tell me about. your previous experience, why slalom/consulting, tell me about a time in which you had a conflict with your team member, etc.
Straight forward - no major challenging questions. Behavioral mostly for the associate level, mine consisted of a 30 min call with manager and it was 20 minutes of regular chat

Entretien
3 interviews. First 2 were about my experience, suitability for the role. Final interview a week after the 2nd was a data presentation task, presenting dataset in any way I chose.
Case study with 1 hour to prepare your answer and able to use any resources available. Straightforward case study with an hour to prepare before they call you back. You're able to use any resources at your disposal making it pretty easy.
