I really enjoyed the interview process at Slalom Houston. The recruiter was extremely accommodating around my busy schedule and made me feel welcome immediately. She seemed genuinely interested in making sure that Slalom was the right fit for me. Also, all of the interviewers were very engaging and knowledgeable about the company and my role.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Entretien
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
