I was referred by a friend. I had several conversations with him. I then had a 45 minute phone screen with the recruiter. I lived outside of the area so I had to travel for my interview. I met in person for one day with multiple people from the office-- all from several levels throughout the organization. I then had a final phone interview with a managing director.

Question 1
Several questions focused on me as a person, how I'd describe myself, what makes me tick. Much centered on my cultural fit for the organization and both professional and personal experiences. I felt they were looking to find out what kind of personality I had and whether I'd be the right fit in front of clients.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Entretien
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
