Had a phone call with a recruiter which was followed by virtual interviews with team members. Seemed to go well. A week later the recruiter contacts me to tell me that they're still waiting on funding for the project and they can't hire me until that funding goes through and that they would keep in touch. That was over 2 months ago and I haven't heard a single thing since. If I would've known that from the start I would've never wasted my time interviewing here. My advice to everyone interested in working for slalom: before your interview make sure you ask the recruiter if the role you're applying for is actually ready and not "contract-dependent" so that you don't waste your time and effort like I did.
