2 calls with initial recruiters
1 call with a Consultant focused on practical skills
1 call with a Director focused on organizational fit and career goals
Everyone was incredibly friendly and encouraged me to ask questions. I'd certainly do as much research as you can to formulate at least 2 good questions before each meeting.
Entire process took about 4-5 weeks from start to finish. I was referred in to the organization so I did not have to provide a resume.

Not too difficult. All questions were what you would expect. A few rounds with the hiring manager, and others from the team / umbrella which included a case study. The prompt was given with a few different options and fairly simple to deliver.

Four separate 30 minute interviews. Each with a different individual. Each interview was supposed to be focused on one thing like culture or technical skills, but in reality the interviewers did what they wanted.

Very friendly, multiple screeners with people in the local office (over zoom). They'll ask about any consulting experience, but mostly want to get to know you as a person. Just be yourself.
