I've worked beside Slalom folks in the past and always thought it would be a great fit, and finally the opportunity lined up. Started with a meeting with 2 recruiters, then did a technical interview, followed by a 1 on 1 with the group leader. The whole process was brief and pleasant!
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
