J'ai postulé via une autre source. J'ai passé un entretien chez Slalom (Chicago, IL)
Entretien
Over the course of a couple of years, I have received several interview requests from this company and each time they say they want to schedule another interview and then I don't hear anything from 6 months. Then they call asking if I want to come in to interview again, then they don't call for several more months asking if I want to start the process over. There seems to be a lot of turnover because each time the person that called before is no longer around.
The interview process was easy and everyone was kind. One manager did not have their camera on, showed up late and didn't ask me much. It felt like I was the interviewer, which kind of rubbed me the wrong way. But they were kind nonetheless. I went through 4 interviews but did not get the job. Company culture seems awesome though

Question 1
Why would you fit in at Slalom? (A lot of company culture focused questions)
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Slalom (Denver, CO) en déc. 2021
Entretien
I interviewed probably 5x with multiple people throughout Slalom. They were all great and the role sounded awesome. However, I had to follow up multiple times, was ghosted on one of the interviews, and in the end never heard back. I feel like my time was taken advantage of.
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Slalom (Seattle, WA) en mai 2019
Entretien
The first stage was a phone interview, which went well. The second stage was an in-person meeting with the manager at the coffee shop in their building. After about 5 minutes of waiting, someone emailed me to tell me the interviewer would be a few minutes late and apologized. She ended up being almost 30 minutes late, and was completely distracted and not present during the conversation, which made it hard to really dive in on the role, expectations and culture.

Question 1
All I was ever asked was to walk the interviewer(s) through my background, and they wanted me to ask questions.
