      The initial phone call with the recruiter went great and garnered an in-person interview a few days later with the hiring manager. Prior to meeting with the hiring manager, I briefly met the recruiter who told me to contact her afterwards to advise of interview feedback. We spent an hour at an in-building coffee location speaking further about the job details, a few questions about my experience then a few questions about the company and the hiring manager. I thought it was a relatively positive meeting and left with the hiring manager advising that the recruiter would be in touch regarding next steps. After paying my $20 parking fee (which was not reimbursed), I returned home and tried to call the recruiter on her work # (mailbox full), left message on cell phone to call me and sent an email. I also sent a 'thank you' message to the hiring manager a couple days later via LinkedIn as I was awaiting for her work email address to no avail. I sent another email to the recruiter a couple weeks later again without response. Needless to say, there has been no contact from either of them after a month since the interview. After speaking with both of them and the importance of people and management support and the company values which include 'celebrate authenticity' and 'doing the right thing, always', I was extremely disappointed...especially from the HR team. I am a consummate professional with many years of corporate experience and managing teams. Providing a response and feedback is important regardless if it's negative. People matter and actions speak louder than words. I'm perplexed that a company who conveys these company values don't practice them.

You do matter, as do all of our candidates, and you are correct that not receiving a follow-up or any kind of response to your follow-up attempts is very much inconsistent with our values.
