I submitted my resume & shortly after Lindsay with the Talent Acquisition team reached out to me to set-up an interview. I interviewed with her & then the individual currently in the position. I then interviewed with Ken on a different date. The next step was to meet with Steve & John. Lastly, I interviewed with Ryan. In total, I had 6 interviews.
I had a very positive experience throughout the interview process. Everyone was knowledgeable, very detailed, helpful in answering any questions, & friendly. It was clear that they are all extremely passionate & committed to Slalom, which is crucial to me when searching for a potential employer. Furthermore, I had a phenomenal experience with the recruiter, Lindsay. She was very prompt, responsive, great about answering any questions, transparent regarding the process & next steps, & kind.

Phone screen, interview w/ hiring manager, skip level manager, and 2x skip manager. Mostly conversational interviews past the hiring manager. The recruiter described the role well and all the managers were very kind.

Entretien
They called me to inform me that I was not selected for the position, stating they had moved forward with another candidate. However, they later reposted the same job listing. At best, this reflects poor HR practices; at worst, it suggests the job may be fake or a "ghost" position. I am deeply disappointed with their handling of the situation.
The interview process was very quick and seamless. I had a phone interview followed by 3 in person interviews and received an offer right on the spot. My recruiter stayed in touch throughout the process ensuring ease.
