Entretien
One 30 minute phone screen with recruiter, followed by one set of interviews at the Slalom office (Seattle). 3 interviews, 45 minutes each. Typically Slalom is looking for people with Big 4 Consulting experience, but if you know people there who will vouch for you, that isn't always the case. Only issue was offer was contingent until they found me a project, which took 2 1/2 weeks.

All questions were behavioral "Describe a situation where..." and none were that difficult. Overall it was a very relaxed, friendly interview process.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Entretien
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
