A well respected talent manager from a previous company contacted me and that was the beginning of the interview process. In total I met and interviewed 4 times with Slalom and with 7-8 senior leaders, it sounds arduous, but actually one of the most thorough and enjoyable recruitment processes that I've been through. At no time did I feel they were trying to 'trip me up', but merely they (and subsequently, I) gained the reassurance that I was the best fit for them and they were the best fit for me. Amongst the 7-8 senior leaders I was able to meet 2-3 of the most senior leaders in the business, my practice lead and at least 1 member of my team. I'm glad to say that the outcome was good, and my subsequent experience has not let me down!
