Initial phone interview by recruiter, followed by coffee with a practice lead, then a 3-hour in-person interview with team members, then a final interview with top manager. Almost a 3 month process from initial inquiry to final interview.

The hiring process is pretty standard - you'll go through a phone screen, meet with a recruiter in person and the progress through tech screens and a round of interviews so they can see how you'd fit. Pretty standard stuff, everyone was friendly and very accommodating.
Overall, the process was nice and I had a good feel for the company. Unfortunately, their benefits package is below industry standard, which was a deal-breaker for me. They did seem like a very good company to work for and appear to be making strides based on feedback from their current employees, but it (the benefits) wasn't something I was comfortable with at the time, so I had to decline.

A thorough interview of UX skills and methodologies, as well as past experiences that would speak to times where I have incorporated these types of skills. Really the main part of the interview seemed to be an evaluation of your ability to communicate effectively, be a leader, and show a healthy thirst and passion for knowledge and improvement. They aren't just looking for great UXers, they are looking for leaders, go-getters, and people who aren't afraid to stand up and take initiative.
