I interviewed over a month ago, sent a follow up and still haven’t heard a word.
It amazes me that HR and/or Talent Acquisition can lack the professional courtesy of a follow up note. Even a form letter is better than leaving someone hanging. That person thought highly enough of your company to take the time to interview. You should take the time to follow up.
