I applied online and was contacted after several weeks by the hiring manager for a phone interview. Scheduled an interview for the next week and got an offer one week after.

We mostly talked about the projects on my resume and how it fits their current needs. Some basic process engineering questions. More questions about fabrication practices.

The process starts with a screening interview with HR by phone, followed by phone interview with hiring manager. If all goes well, you're invited in for an on-site interview, which is usually a group interview with a variety of engineers you will be working with, and a few one-on-one interviews.

Provide a specific example of a process you improved at a previous job.
One round on line interview, easy questions about basic related theory and knowledge as well as interest and future plans. It was overall a fast process and received fast offer but sadly declined.
