I applied online and was contacted by an HR person for a phone interview after which I was immediately asked to come for an in-person interview. The interview was casual, questions were mostly based on my previous experience. A few weeks later I was asked to to come in for a second interview (this time with the CFO), interview was again pretty casual. For several weeks I received update emails stating that no decision has been made on selecting the candidate. Finally two months later I was told I did not receive an offer.
