After applying I was sent a link to complete a Spark hire interview. I.e. they provide prompts and you record and submit your answers on your webcam. Found that degrading and discriminatory so I dropped the whole process. Especially galling that they want candidates to provide all of that before they even know anything about pay, benefits, schedules.
