After submitting my cv, i interviewed using zoom, there was one interviewer from HR, had to speak in both English and Japanese. Got an offer the very next day in the morning.

Asked general questions about consulting and basic questions about myself, it was nice overall
Business case study conducted in a group setting where there were one trainer and one hr manager monitoring our engagement and interaction. There was a presentation at the end as well as a q&a session.
