First you apply online then you go to an open house. Be sure to bring everything you need to the open house. They do not email you, you need to look it up yourself on their website where the open houses are. At the open house you give them your resume and then they take your height. You are in a room with several other people (depending on how many people show up it could be 50+ in each room). They tell you about the company then you each get called up to talk about yourself for one minute. If you pass that then you get a 1 on 1. After that they will email you a TBNT or a CJO.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
