The interview process was by far one of the easiest I have had with an airline. I applied online, and a few days later received an invite to complete their assessment. Once I completed their assessment, I received an invite to complete a video interview. Once I did that, I waited for a few days and then got an offer to interview. You are responsible for your own transportation to one of the many interview sites they have listed on their website. I chose somewhere far away from where I currently live that I had never been. On the night of the interview, there were only a few of us that showed up and most of us instantly connected. It was by far a very relaxed interview and the SkyWest employees were very nice and welcoming.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.

The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
