J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez SkyWest Airlines (Salt Lake City, UT) en nov. 2013
Entretien
It was a group interview which began with a lecture style overview of the position. I found this to be tedious because it was merely a review of all the information posted on their website. They reminded everyone several times that relocating for the job was not optional. Probably 10 out of 60 people left the interview after this. Next they had us face everyone and give a 60 second intro outlining why we wanted the job. A surprising amount of people froze stiff or said "I want this job because I love to travel." No kidding, Sherlock. Then they had us leave the room and come back to see if our names were posted on the door, theatre call back style. The 11 people whose names were on the list got one on one interviews.

It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
