Interview started at 6 pm exactly they are very punctual. They gave a presentation with information about their company and details about the position applied for. Then they gave us a 15 minute break and if you don't think this job is for you then you can leave. When we came back they told us to give a small presentation of about 60 seconds or less of why our skills and experience would make us a great flight attendant. After everyone does their presentation we are given a 45 minute break and they post a list of the people they have chosen to do the second part of the interview. If you get chosen you stay and have a one on one interview. They go over your work experience your skills and ask you some scenario questions. They tell you they will send you and email within 2 weeks letting you know if you got the job.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
