The interview process is pretty straight forward. The first step is a group interview. Then Face to Face interview if you pass the first phase.This is a 24/7 operation so they want to know you are willing to work less desirable hours. A lot of emphasis is placed on this. General knowledge about travel and airlines is helpful.

Had to answer 4 EASY questions, but you couldn't edit your answers - if you made a typo, too bad, couldn't fix it. Answer had to be exact when inputting. Although that was not mentioned in the instructions.
