It's 2 stage interview. The first stage is the technical round, mostly questions from Core Java and Spring Boot. The second round is the pairing exercise. They scheduled tests on Teams.

Entretien
The tech recruiter provided a positive and professional experience throughout the interview process. The initial stage involved an on-site interview that combined an assessment of my soft skills with a general overview of my technical background. This was followed by a take-home assignment. The next step was a review of the take-home assignment with senior developers, which included also in-depth discussions on Java concepts, design principles, and testing methodologies. Unfortunately, I felt unprepared for the general Java interview portion and the creation of detailed diagrams. Regarding the application I developed, the reviewers primarily focused on application-specific aspects and bug identification rather than the overall result. I appreciated receiving detailed feedback after the entire process. The tech recruiter concluded the interview with a friendly and encouraging goodbye.

After meeting with recruiter, he arranged one technical interview. 2 people were in the meeting, they were very junior. I felt like they don't have common interview structure. Asked java access modifiers, syntax of junit testing functions. One of them were not even listening your answers, he was checking his phone all the time. I answered all the questions very good but after couple of days I got a rejection mail
