I was asked to complete a software assignment. After doing the work and submitting, no follow up and no reason or explanation as to how/why it did not pass. It would be courteous to atleast get 30 seconds of feedback for the work I put in.

The interview process was stretched over 3 rounds. The last round being a two hour interview with the CEO’s and department heads, all of which had not looked at my resume prior to our meeting. After the interview, I never heard back from them. It makes me wonder if they ghost all their prospects.
