Interview at Hackaton Fair in São Paulo. Technical interviewer was more worried about why I want to join them than anything else, asked me that 3 times, in the last time also said Skip has stressful work environment, work until late during the week and some weekends (not paid). Didn't even ask me any technical questions. It took about 7 minutes. It seems they are worried about their high turnover, so I believe it's due management problems.
