Interview process was fairly simple and the hiring manager reached out to me within a few days of applying. First process is done with recruiter through zoom then in person with the general manager of the clinic, then decision will be made afterwards.

Pretty straight forward interview process. Got a call to set up a phone interview and then had to do a second in-person interview at their headquarters . They really like a background or specialization in customer service, I didn't have admin assistant or much receptionist experience but I was really great at customer service and a quick learner

What would you do in a scenario where the customer is extremely dissatisfied with her service or product?
Applied and had an interview a few days later with a recruiter, a few days later with the clinic manager and went in person to meet the assistant managers. Received a phone call a few days later that they wanted to hire me for full time instead of part time. It took a couple of weeks to complete paperwork and background check from HR and to hear back on a start date.
