The interview process is an absolute dumpster fire!
Their talent acquisition manager sells you on snake oil and is the ringleader of the circus. Telling you how you are a terrific and perfect fit. Then, the process takes over a month. During this dog and pony show, you don’t even interview with management or colleagues but rather members of other departments.
Not once did anyone come close to a technical question but by the end, somehow I was OVER qualified for the role.
A complete waste of my time!
