Entretien
The interview process for the Branch Manager position at SIXT was well organized and highly professional. While it can feel a bit lengthy, it is clearly optimized to ensure the company selects the best possible candidates. Each round of interviews was informative and transparent, with a clear explanation of the role’s responsibilities and expectations.
From the initial call with the recruiter to the final interview with the Area Director, every step was clearly communicated. I always felt prepared, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. The entire experience reflected the company’s commitment to hiring strong and capable leaders.
I would strongly recommend applying with SIXT if there is a position that interests you. The process gives great insight into the company culture and what it takes to succeed there.

Overall, I had a great experience from start to finish. The team was extremely professional, thorough, and well organized throughout the entire process. They were always prompt in responding to my questions and took the time to provide clear, helpful information. I especially appreciated how they kept me consistently updated on the status of my interview and next steps, which made the process feel transparent and stress-free. Their communication and attention to detail truly stood out and made this a very positive experience.

Entretien
I met with the recruiter who was very informative and had a warm welcoming demeanor. She was very clear and direct and helpful. She helped prepare to meet with the GM and AVP for the next interview. Meeting with the GM was different than I imagined. The GM was very experienced and gave me a brief of the business and held the interview in the garage. The next one was with the AVP that was done remotely, she kept it short and simple and was very informative and knowledgeable.
