After submitting the assignment + answering all the questions best to my knowledge - I didn't got any feedback and then after constantly reminding the HR to share the feedback - they were delaying it by giving some nuisance reasons - finally after a week they reverted with a "No" but again didn't given a detailed feedback. This shows the culture of the organisation - when a candidate is giving 100 % to ensure that the process is smooth and fast , the organisation didn't bother to give a feedback!
